  1. As parts consultant a typical day for me involves the allocation of parts required to fulfill vehicle repairs and the management of our inventory.(tires, accessories, fluids, etc.)
  2. 3 years experience. Moving back home from the Pacific Northwest led me to this job and my introduction to the automotive industry.
  3. I am proud to have purchased my first car through Phil Long Subaru, in turn helping me relate with the customers and their ownership experience.
  4. Presenting different options to a client is my focus, I want to find the best solution for your needs and never say no to questions.
  5. Communication and transparency earns customers' trust, most of the time repairs are not smooth-sailing.
  6. Values include helping others and answering questions. I enjoy talking about the fabrication and treading process of new tires!
  7. Outside of work you can find me at the movie theater or in the Winter up on the ski mountain
